The latest 8.4.3.392 update with a number bug fixes and a few new functions is now available for download (Aquabase will check for an update on start-up) and will require a password to complete the update process. This password is included in an email to subscribers to the Aquabase Support and Development programme. If Aquabase cannot download the update automatically you can also get it from the Download section of this website. You have to be a registered user to access the individual downloads in this section.
Please read the notes during installation for the latest exciting additions and bug fixes! We (the developers and the users) are constantly working on improving and fixing Aquabase functionality. Please let me know if you find any bugs and/or would like to make suggestions for new functions.
WHAT’S NEW IN THIS LATEST VERSION?
- The Aquabase source code is now finally on GitHub under https://github.com/immoblecher/aquabase. Please contribute, if you can, by using the GitHub tools. We specifically need translations into other languages and a few more reports. Please read the instructions before setting up your project for compilation. There are quite a few requirements.
AND WHAT HAS BEEN FIXED SINCE THE LAST VERSION?
- With certain coordinate system settings the tool “Apply Coordinate System” with “Longitude and Latitude (WGS84)” settings created longitudes and latitudes with only 2 decimals after the comma and therefore resulted in incorrect locations. This has been fixed.
- The settings form for the Pumping Test Report did not count the number of steps for the multirate tests correctly, especially when there were more than one multirate test. This is now fixed.
- Several smaller bug fixes and optimisations.
