This is the online version of the Aquabase Help System, which is an integral part of the Aquabase software itself. These Help pages are constantly updated as the Aquabase help system is updated. Most screen shots in the Help System were taken on an Ubuntu Linux Laptop, but the Windows versions look almost exactly the same.
Use any Help item in the Help Navigation to the left (bottom on mobile devices) to view the relevant help. If you have not used Aquabase before you should start with creating a Workspace with help on this procedure under the “Getting started” help item.
The status bar at the bottom of the Main form provides important information about (from left to right):
1.) A hint on the function of the component under the cursor
2.) The current View, which is the full sites data table or a subset of it
3.) The current Site Identifier
4.) The dataset which is currently edited
5.) The current Workspace and database it uses
