The four buttons on the left of a navigator allow moving though data connected to the navigator. While the top navigator only moves one record by clicking Prior or Next the same buttons on the bottom navigator of the Master/Detail forms move by the number of records set in the edit control at the bottom right. The present record is also shown at the bottom left of these forms.
The site records scrollable are determined by the records in the currently set View (see the View help section).
On the Basic Site Information entry form the grid showing the sites of the current View to the right of the form can be clicked and the scrollbar or the keyboard cursor keys be used to scroll through the records. Right-clicking allows copying the currently selected site or bookmarking sites for switching between sites quickly.
