Site images can be photos or graphics of any sort that are relevant to the site. Images can only be added and viewed by clicking the image button on the Basic Information entry form.
When adding a new record the current date and time is automatically inserted and a desription of the photo/image can then be added. Images can only be loaded/added to the record if the record is in edit mode.
If the loaded image contains EXIF information (like camera make and model) then the user has to confirm whether to use the information in the record entry or not. If that information is used then the date and time of the photo is automatically adjusted according to the EXIF information.
